This hiring ad is intended for applicants wishing to work in our Cheney or Medical Lake locations. The main requirement for Domino’s Inside Team Member, also referred to as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to have a positive personality, a clear and energetic voice, and must be customer service orientated. CSRs need to speak with customers throughout their shift to deal with various customer issues and must be well‑versed in product details, services, charges, and other important information which will be relayed to customers whenever needed.

While performing the duties, the team member may be required to work outdoors, under various temperatures, in noisy environments, near moving mechanical parts, with dangerous equipment or sharp tools, and around fumes, odors, dust or toxic chemicals. This job can be physically demanding: use of hands repetitively, standing for prolonged periods, bending, twisting, reaching above shoulder level, crouching or kneeling may be required.

• Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions and advertising “wobble boarding”
• Opening and maintaining customer accounts by recording and updating account information
• Preparing and packaging food products
• Collecting payment and handing out orders to customers
• Resolving product or service issues by determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution
• Maintaining financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related requests as needed

We will ensure you are trained and have a positive learning experience when you join our team. Starting wage for all CSRs for 2025 is $16.66‑$16.66, with the option for raises in $.25 increments up to $1.00 over minimum wage. CSRs also frequently receive tips on a daily or bi‑weekly basis via an in‑store tip pool.

• Be 17 years or older
• Be attentive to detail
• Be customer oriented, friendly and energetic
• Have cash management skills
• Be able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, including nights, weekends, and emergencies
• Be willing to learn and be comfortable performing other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed and work the duties with reasonable accommodation if needed
