Controls Engineer II
Location: Cheney, WA

My client, a leader in sterile injectable and allergenic extract manufacturing, seeks a Controls Engineer II to lead and support critical Operational Technology (OT) projects. This role combines advanced engineering, leadership, and the opportunity to influence pharmaceutical manufacturing processes globally.

- Providing technical oversight and support for OT systems and controls projects.
- Leading compliance, process improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Supporting and training Maintenance teams in controls troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Managing capital projects with regulatory compliance and engineering standards.
- Developing specifications and RFQs for equipment and contractor selection.
- Bachelors of Science in Computer Science, or Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or similar engineering discipline required.
- Rockwell Logix Programmer Certification desired.
- 3+ years of OT Controls systems engineering required for a Controls Engineer II.
- Proficiency with Allen-Bradley Factory Talk Studio Suite and GAMP5 data integrity principles.
- Experienced in TCP/IP networking and SQL Server.
- Skilled in driving multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects.
- Committed to regulatory compliance and process optimization.
