Shift: Day,
Schedule: M-F 8 hour shifts, occasional Saturdays.

Includes a $7,500 sign‑on bonus for eligible Medical Assistants.

The Certified Medical Assistant (MA‑C) is an integral part of the Physician/Advanced Practice Provider (APP) office team working under the direction and supervision of a licensed healthcare practitioner. The MA‑C performs safe clinical skills within the scope of practice, with continuous contact with physicians, APPs, nurses, front office staff, patients, and families/caregivers.

• Patient care responsibilities:
  • Organize patient flow in collaboration with front office staff
  • Interview patients
  • Obtain vital signs
  • Assist patients in preparing for exams or treatments
  • Perform specimen collection, including venipuncture
  • Administer medications in compliance with Washington State Department of Health regulations and documented competency
  • Relay instructions/information to patients and their families/caregivers
• Clerical responsibilities:
  • Send and receive patient medical records
  • Facilitate patient referrals
  • Prepare forms for patients

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
• Washington State Medical Assistant‑Certified (MA‑C)
• Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)

Competitive salary ranging from $22.12 to $31.82 per hour, dependent on skill set, experience, and certification. Benefits include medical, dental, retirement, and paid time off. Further details are available upon inquiry.
