Manufacturing Supervisor

My client, a nationally recognized manufacturer of sterile injectable products, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee aseptic manufacturing operations. This is your opportunity to drive quality, compliance, and efficiency in a dynamic and supportive workplace.

  Supervisor I: $81,825.00 – $130,900 ;
  Supervisor II: $89,250.00 – $142,800 based on experience, with growth potential.

• Supervising manufacturing operations, including compounding, filtration, and lyophilization.
• Managing documentation, SOPs, and cGMP compliance.
• Training, coaching, and evaluating hourly personnel.
• Conducting investigations, implementing corrective actions, and managing deviations.
• Collaborating with supporting departments to address production challenges.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Arts with related experience, or equivalent industry experience.
• Familiarity with cGMP regulations and cleanroom environments.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and problem‑solving within manufacturing operations.
• Prior supervisory experience in pharmaceuticals is highly desired.
