Junior Accountant – Amadora

Amadora is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our finance and operations team. This role is ideal for someone with strong Tally experience, hands-on accounting exposure, and an interest in inventory, costing, and retail finance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
- Record and reconcile purchase invoices, expenses, and supplier bills
- Enter and track stock movements in Tally and Amadora’s inventory system
- Perform online order reconciliation across platforms
- Reconcile credit card, GPay, and other digital payments across all Amadora stores
- Assist with product costing, recipe costing, and cost analysis
- Prepare and maintain costing reports and basic P&L statements
- Monitor and track supplier pricing, price changes, and variances
- Support month-end closing and internal financial reporting
- Coordinate with store teams and suppliers for discrepancies and clarifications

Requirements

- Hands-on working knowledge of Tally (mandatory)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (entries, reconciliation, P&L)

- Experience with inventory accounting preferred
- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
- Ability to work independently and follow processes
- Prior experience in retail / F&B is a plus, but not mandatory
