Techtinium is currently seeking a Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. This role requires a strong grasp of bookkeeping and taxation principles, with a focus on managing the financial aspects of our USA-based clients, adhering to US GAAP standards. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for tasks such as bookkeeping, tax calculations, tax filings, and reconciliations. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying and implementing process improvements and optimisations.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain the General Ledger and Books of Accounts.
- Prepare Journal entries and perform reconciliations.
- Manage the preparation and maintenance of books of accounts.
- Create monthly MIS (Management Information System) reports and review them with the business.
- Implement accounting policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws.
- Assist in quarterly and annual financial audits.
- Update and maintain payroll expense import sheets.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Deep understanding of MS Excel, including formulas, pivots, lookups, and matrix multiplication.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 0-1 year of accounting experience.
- Experience with e-commerce business bookkeeping.
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with , Intacct, or Salesforce is a plus
- High level of integrity, ethics, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Six-day work week
