Senior Accounts Executive

We are seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team who will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end accounts receivable, accounts payable, and statutory compliance activities while supporting smooth financial operations across the organization.

Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable:
Generating invoices and account statements / reconciliations.
Tracking and follow up for Purchase orders, Renewals and Collections
Maintaining accounts receivable records like Customer contract, Purchase Orders, and Invoices
Posting of sales entries in accounting software (Tally).
Interact with India & Global Sales and Delivery & Operations team for reports / collections / clarifications.
Accounts Payable:
Booking of vendor invoices as per the account standards in Tally.
Scrutinizing of vendor invoices with reference to Purchase order / Approvals
Vendor Invoices follow up and Payments to vendor as per the terms.
Reimbursement expenses verification and Corporate Credit card expenses verification
Maintenance of Vendor records – Invoices, Purchase Order, Vendor Contracts etc
Interact with other departments for Raising Purchase Order etc.
Compliance:
Month compliances TDS / GST / PF / ESIC etc
Coordination for completion of the Audit Internal / External for all the regions
Quarterly compliances Filing & Issue of Form 16A to vendors and stakeholders.
Half yearly compliances Professional Tax
Annual compliance Labour Welfare Fund / Form 16 to employees etc

Qualifications
3+ Years Accounting Experience
Hands on experience in Tally, TDS, GST
Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Accounts & Finance or any related field

Experience with SaaS financials and SaaS revenue recognition desirable but not essential.
The ability to think about the future and stay ahead of the curve smartly and efficiently is important.
