Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain employee/consultant timesheets.
Coordinate with clients and address operational queries.
Handle vendor communication and documentation.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and follow up on outstanding payments.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and ensure timely processing of vendor invoices and payments.
Prepare and maintain operational, billing, and payment reports.
Support daily business operations and process coordination.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and accounting processes.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Any Bachelor's Degree.
Experience in operations, administration, client coordination, or accounts management is preferred.
