We are looking for a detail-oriented  Associate accountant  to support our finance and accounting operations. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, and coordinating with external accountants and auditors. This is a  non-signatory, execution-focused role  suitable for early-career professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries
Record invoices, expenses, payments, and receipts
Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
Maintain accurate books using accounting software (Zoho Books / Tally)

Invoicing & Payments
Generate customer invoices and track collections
Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements
Maintain invoice and payment documentation

GST & Compliance Support

Prepare GST data (sales, purchases, input tax credit)
Coordinate with external CA for GST filing and compliance
Maintain records required for audits and statutory filings

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare basic financial reports (monthly summaries, expense reports)
Support internal teams with finance-related data
Coordinate with auditors, CAs, and consultants when required

Required Skills:

B.Com / BBA (Finance / Accounting)  – Mandatory
M.Com / CA Inter – Preferred but not required
1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals may be considered

Knowledge on Tools:

Accounting principles
GST basics
Zoho Books Excel or Google Sheets
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential financial information
