The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chairman will provide high-level, confidential, and strategic administrative support to the Chairman of a leading hospital. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules and international travel across multiple time zones. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and enabling the Chairman to focus on strategic, clinical, and institutional priorities.

Responsibilities:
Looking for a High-Energy, Go-getter, definitely tech-savy, with knowledge of AI in Business, willing to Learn seasoned Executive Assistant for the Chairman's office who manages a group of Institutions
Manage the Chairman's calendar, appointments, and meetings across global time zones
Serve as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare briefing notes, presentations, reports, and correspondence
Screen calls, emails, and requests; prioritize and respond appropriately
Handle highly confidential information with absolute discretion
Plan and manage end-to-end domestic and international travel, including flights, visas, accommodation, ground transport, and itineraries
Coordinate travel aligned with clinical, academic, board-level, and governmental engagements
liaise with board members, senior clinicians, government officials, international partners, and dignitaries
Coordinate meetings with global healthcare institutions, conferences, and medical forums
Organize board meetings, executive reviews, and international engagements
Prepare agendas, minutes, and post-meeting action trackers

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work across cultures and time zones
Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Advanced proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Calm under pressure and adept at handling last-minute changes
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational, High Level Business communication, presentation, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Basic project management skills and ability to coordinate tasks effectively.
