Front Desk Receptionist

The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role ensures a welcoming environment, manages inquiries, and supports smooth day-to-day operations at the reception area. We are looking for candidate with 1-6 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly and professionally.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain visitor logs and issue badges when required.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
Provide general administrative support (filing, data entry, photocopying).
Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
Handle inquiries and resolve basic issues or escalate to the appropriate staff.
Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering.
