As we scale our Corporate Film vertical, we are looking for a Creative Director – Corporate Films  who can lead storytelling, production excellence, and client relationships at the highest level.

Role Overview This is a key leadership role.
You will be responsible for:

• Handling premium clients directly

• Converting business objectives into powerful brand stories

• Leading creative direction from concept to final delivery

• Ensuring technical and cinematic excellence on every project
We are looking for someone who blends  creativity + technology + leadership  seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Storytelling & Direction  Develop compelling brand narratives for corporate films
Translate brand strategy into cinematic storytelling
Direct shoots with strong visual language and emotional depth
Oversee scripting, storyboarding, and conceptual development

Client Leadership  Interface with CXOs, marketing heads, and leadership teams
Understand client objectives and align creative output accordingly
Present concepts confidently and professionally

Technical Mastery  Deep knowledge of:
Cinema cameras & lenses
Lighting setups
Audio capture
Filming techniques
Production workflows
Hands-on experience handling professional equipment
Ability to guide DOPs, editors, and production teams technically

️ Production Oversight  Supervise shoots end-to-end
Ensure quality control in editing, grading, and final output
Maintain production timelines and standards

Team Leadership & Integrity  Lead creative teams with clarity and vision
Demonstrate strong ethics and accountability
Uphold professionalism under pressure

Ideal Candidate Profile

✔️ 3–4+ years of experience in corporate film production
✔️ Proven portfolio of high-quality brand / corporate films
✔️ Strong conceptual and scripting skills
✔️ In-depth technical knowledge of filmmaking equipment
✔️ Confident communicator with client-facing experience
✔️ Well-educated (Film, Media, Communication, or relevant discipline preferred)
✔️ Demonstrates leadership maturity and integrity
