Role Description  The Telecaller role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Chennai Area. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers, provide information about products or services, and respond to basic queries. Responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating customer records in the system, and following call scripts while adapting to customer needs. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, scheduling follow-up calls, and meeting daily and weekly calling targets.

Telecallers are expected to maintain a professional and courteous tone at all times and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear and confident phone etiquette.
Customer service orientation, with the ability to listen actively, understand needs, and respond professionally.
Basic computer proficiency, including experience with call management tools or CRM systems.
Ability to follow structured scripts while exercising judgment to handle varied customer interactions.
Time management and organizational skills to handle high call volumes and maintain accurate records.
Previous experience in telecalling, contact centers, sales, or customer support is an advantage.
Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma; advanced education is a plus.
We are looking for a  Telecaller  with good communication skills to promote TTH's IT products and generate qualified leads through outbound calling.

Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
Follow up with prospects and schedule product demos.
