Experience:

0–3 years (Freshers are welcome)

Qualification:

Diploma in Dental Assisting  or Any degree /HSC  or PUC

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Dental Assistant will support dentists during clinical procedures, ensure smooth patient flow, maintain sterilization standards and procedures,
assist with basic administrative tasks.
Manage patient seating, comfort, and chairside support.
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments & materials are ready before procedures.
Explain pre- and post-treatment instructions clearly to patients.
Support patient comfort and reduce dental anxiety.
Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the clinic floor.
Assist reception during peak hours.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES :
Good communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)
Positive attitude, empathy, and strong patient-handling skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
Team Player
Basic computer skills
Knowledge of dental procedures and chairside assisting
