Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate  Duty Doctor  to provide quality medical care and support day-to-day clinical operations. The role is open to both fresh MBBS graduates and experienced doctors with strong clinical fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical care to patients as per standard medical protocols
Conduct patient examinations, diagnose illnesses, and recommend treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
Handle emergency cases and provide first-line treatment when required
Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and medical ethics
Participate in ward rounds and follow-up care
Requirements
MBBS degree from a recognized medical college
Valid  Tamil Nadu Medical Council (TNMC) registration
Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable)
Commitment to patient care and safety
Preferred Skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic emergency management skills
Familiarity with hospital documentation and EMR systems (preferred)
