Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced  Part-time Technical Trainer  with a minimum of  2 years of experience  to deliver technology-focused training as part of a major state-level skill development initiative. The primary focus will be on  Artificial Intelligence (AI) , encompassing  foundational and advanced concepts , including  Python-based coding use cases  and  no-code/low-code AI applications . The successful candidate will conduct sessions for students, faculty, and working professionals across specified districts in Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Trainer supporting this critical skill development initiative in the state, you will:
Conduct engaging and informative training sessions utilizing a standardized curriculum.
Deliver dynamic and interactive training sessions, including two 4-hour in-person sessions every Tuesday (total 8 hours every week) in the designated locations. These training sessions will be delivered to engineering students.
Provide train-the-trainer sessions to ensure effective knowledge dissemination across partner institutions.
Localize content for cultural relevance and accessibility for diverse learners in the region.
Travel domestically within Tamil Nadu to deliver in-classroom training as needed.

To be successful, candidates should possess:
Minimum of 2+ years of technical training experience with proficiency in Python programming
Strong foundation in  Artificial Intelligence (AI) , Machine Learning & Deep Learning, with the ability to teach both  code-based (Python)  and  no-code/low-code  AI applications.
Expertise in AutoML, MLOps, and understanding of Data-Centric AI versus Model-Centric AI approaches.
A passion for teaching and a proven ability to deliver highly interactive sessions and simplify complex topics for varied audiences.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
B.Tech/M.Tech technical degree or equivalent.
