Needs Assessment & Coordination
Support Senior Specialists in the  Training Needs Assessment (TNA)  process by gathering data, conducting initial surveys, and organizing focus group feedback.
Assist in identifying basic skill gaps and performance challenges within specific teams through data collection and observation.
Act as the primary point of contact for training logistics, including scheduling sessions, managing participant invites, and preparing materials.
Content Development & Design Support
Assist in the design and development of simple, engaging learning assets, such as job aids, slide decks, and microlearning modules.
Apply foundational  Instructional Design models (e.g., ADDIE)  to help update and maintain existing training curricula.
Support the creation of blended learning solutions by converting existing manual content into digital-friendly formats.
LMS Administration & Delivery
Manage the  Learning Management System (LMS) , including uploading content, enrolling users, and troubleshooting basic technical issues for learners.
Facilitate or co-facilitate introductory training sessions, onboarding modules, or technical workshops.
Maintain the L&D content library to ensure all resources are up-to-date and organized.
Evaluation & Reporting
Administer evaluation tools based on  Kirkpatrick’s Levels 1 and 2  (Reaction and Learning) to capture participant feedback.
Compile training metrics and attendance data to generate monthly reports for L&D leadership.
Assist in analyzing feedback trends to suggest minor improvements to existing training sessions.

Required Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

4–6 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably within HR, Training, or an Administrative support role.

Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously.
