Management Faculty

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Management Mentor to join our academic team.
The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge in management and related areas,
excellent teaching skills, and the ability to engage students through innovative teaching
methods. Candidates with prior industry exposure and proficiency in modern management
tools will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures in management subjects (Principles of Management, Organizational Behaviour,
HRM, Marketing, Operations, Strategy, etc.) to undergraduate and postgraduate students.

• Design, prepare, and update lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.

• Provide academic mentoring, guidance, and career support to students.

• Conduct practical sessions/workshops on industry-relevant topics, including managerial skills,
case studies, and real-time business scenarios.

• Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching methodologies and curriculum development.

• Evaluate and grade student performance through assignments, projects, and examinations.

• Stay updated with recent industry practices and integrate them into classroom teaching.

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational

Qualification:

• MBA (Master of Business Administration) – Mandatory (any specialization)

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of industry experience in management, HR, marketing,
operations, or related fields.

• Teaching experience (preferred but not mandatory).

Skills Required:

• Strong subject knowledge in management and business studies.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with management tools.

• Effective communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to motivate and engage students.
