Hiring:
Training Coordinator – Training Rollout & Implementation (Contractual)

Project: TN RIGHTS Project (World Bank Supported), Govt. of Tamil Nadu

Department:
Commissionerate for Welfare of the Differently Abled (CWDA)

Location:

Chennai with extensive field travel across Tamil Nadu

Duration:
Minimum 2 Years (annual performance review)

Remuneration:
Up to ₹1,25,000/month + TA/DA & accommodation as per govt norms

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate statewide training rollout for OSC staff, therapeutic professionals, and home care providers
- Develop district-wise training schedules, calendars, modalities (in-person/blended/virtual), and logistics plans
- Coordinate participant mobilization with OSCs, districts, and block officials
- Identify, empanel, manage Master Trainers and organize ToT programs
- Oversee training delivery, quality assurance, standardized protocols, and session facilitation
- Manage logistics: venues, travel, accommodation, materials, AV equipment, registrations, and field coordination
- Coordinate with SPIU, government officials, trainers, OSC staff, and stakeholders
- Monitor training delivery, maintain documentation, feedback, attendance, pre/post assessments, and reports
- Coordinate post-training mentoring, hand holding, refresher trainings, and peer learning networks
- Support monthly reporting, evaluation documentation, and implementation tracking

Eligibility:

- Postgraduate degree in Social Work / Education / Public Health / Disability Rehabilitation / Development Studies / Project Management / MBA / Therapy disciplines
- Minimum 8 years experience in large-scale training coordination, logistics, and field implementation

- Experience with government programs, trainer management, and multi-stakeholder coordination
- Strong project management, communication, reporting, and operational skills

Preferred:

- PhD, 12+ years experience, Tamil language knowledge

- Experience with government/UN/World Bank/development projects
- Digital/blended training platforms experience and disability sector background
