About the Job
Junior Trainer – Soft Skills will support the Learning & Organizational Development
(L&OD) team by delivering engaging training sessions focused on communication, teamwork,
emotional intelligence, and other essential interpersonal skills.
This role is ideal for early-career professionals passionate about facilitation, coaching, and helping
employees grow in their personal and professional effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct interactive training sessions on soft skills (e.g., Campus to Corp., Communication,
Collaboration, Conflict Resolution, Adaptability etc.).
Assist Senior Trainers/Leads in preparing training materials, role-play exercises, and case
studies.
Facilitate small group discussions, workshops, and practice drills to reinforce learning.
Provide feedback and coaching to participants during sessions.
Gather participant feedback and contribute to evaluation reports for continuous
improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in training, facilitation, or coaching (internships or project work
acceptable).
Advanced knowledge of English, both written and verbal-with a neutral accent.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage diverse groups and create a positive learning environment.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and interactive training methods.
Basic knowledge of digital learning tools (LMS, virtual platforms like MS Teams/Zoom).
