About the Job

Junior Trainer – Soft Skills will support the Learning & Organizational Development

(L&OD) team by delivering engaging training sessions focused on communication, teamwork,

emotional intelligence, and other essential interpersonal skills.

This role is ideal for early-career professionals passionate about facilitation, coaching, and helping

employees grow in their personal and professional effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

 Conduct interactive training sessions on soft skills (e.g., Campus to Corp., Communication,

Collaboration, Conflict Resolution, Adaptability etc.).

 Assist Senior Trainers/Leads in preparing training materials, role-play exercises, and case

studies.

 Facilitate small group discussions, workshops, and practice drills to reinforce learning.

 Provide feedback and coaching to participants during sessions.

 Gather participant feedback and contribute to evaluation reports for continuous

improvement.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field.

 1–2 years of experience in training, facilitation, or coaching (internships or project work

acceptable).

 Advanced knowledge of English, both written and verbal-with a neutral accent.

 Strong communication and presentation skills.

 Ability to engage diverse groups and create a positive learning environment.

 Familiarity with adult learning principles and interactive training methods.

 Basic knowledge of digital learning tools (LMS, virtual platforms like MS Teams/Zoom).
