Mode of Work : WFO + Remote ( Hybrid )

Preferred Experience :  Minimum 2- 5 Years

Roles And Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance to the Students on the academic upgradation.
Assessing student goals objectives, and credentials using the appropriate internal tools.
Guide Students on the Skill enhancement and career enrichment process help them be industry relevant.
Understanding the Student needs and counselling regarding our courses and helping them select courses.
Being in charge of counselling students asking important questions, proactively listening to students needs and helping them make the most suitable decision for their study suitable courses that would help them to enhance their Skills and lead to an employment opportunity.
Counselling and processing applications for students:
Engaging with the Student communities with active engagement through various Colleges, conducting career enrichment fairs, PEP Sessions for the students in various colleges, universities and thereby attracting students to choose a course of choice with HASHTAG ACADEMY
Regular follow-up through phone, email etc. (Advice/Counselling students regarding various, courses, admission requirements, assessment process, scholarships, test prep, pathways, premium admission counselling etc.)
Generating the revenue for the company by selling the courses directly to the Students.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of the student's application including documents under the CRM
Communicate with partner institutions to enquire or follow up with students' application
Attend professional training and industry event from institutions or the company
Support the organization on the placement process post Training completion.

Skills

Excellent communications skills
Pleasing personality with convincing skills for selling the profile
Previous experience of counselling in education set-up of minimum 1-2 years and corresponding Tele-calling ability to convince on a product on the phone plus invite to the Centre
Good control of MS Office and the Internet especially Excel for report generation
Follow up on Calling Leads & and handling walk-in inquiries
Database Management for the leads coming for inquiry
Coordinate in-house events and marketing activities
