Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Admissions Associate to support the admissions process by engaging with prospective students and guiding them through initial inquiries. The role primarily involves tele-calling, lead follow-ups, and coordinating with the admissions team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective students and applicants
Provide accurate information about courses, programs, and admission procedures
Follow up with leads generated through campaigns, events, and online platforms
Maintain and update lead data in the admissions database
Coordinate with the admissions team for application processing and student queries
Support admissions campaigns, outreach activities, and student engagement initiatives
Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in tele-calling, customer support, or admissions support (freshers can apply)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency and ability to manage lead data
Interest in the education sector and student interaction
Ability to follow structured processes and meet follow-up timeline
