Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher for a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans, facilitating fun and educational activities, and fostering a positive learning environment for young children. Key responsibilities include ensuring the curriculum aligns with early childhood education standards, observing and supporting each child's individual growth, and maintaining effective communication with families to foster collaborative child development.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development tailored to the needs of preschool and kindergarten students
Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education principles and practices
Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
Experience or understanding of working with Kindergarten-age children
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working in a preschool setting
Bachelor’s degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
