Position: Hiring - Talent Nature Manager - Tamil Nadu
Role Overview

TNT members will be responsible for identifying academically strong students, building meaningful relationships with them, and nurturing them to join PW. This role is not just about conversion—it's about long-term engagement, trust-building, and student success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Identification

● Identify high-potential students through tests, referrals, events, and outreach.

● Analyze academic performance and potential

● Maintain a structured pipeline of shortlisted students.

2. Student Engagement & Counseling

● Connect with students and understand their academic goals and challenges

● Clearly communicate the value of PW offerings

● Guide students in making informed decisions about their preparation.

3. Conversion & Relationship Building

● Guide students toward becoming part of the PW ecosystem through consistent and personalized interactions.

● Build strong trust-based relationships with students and parents.

● Act as a mentor-like figure during the decision-making journey.

4. Nurturing & Follow-ups

● Maintain consistent follow-ups with students who have not yet joined.

● Ensure continuous engagement through calls, messages, and academic touchpoints

● Work with faculty to provide academic support, doubt-solving, or guidance.

5. Student Support (Pre-Conversion)

● Coordinate with faculty to provide learning support to interested students.

● Ensure students experience the quality of PW before joining.

● Track student progress and engagement levels

6. Data Management & Reporting

● Maintain accurate records of student interactions and status.

● Track conversion funnel and follow-up cycles

● Share insights and feedback with the team eligibility criteria.

Eligibility Criteria

● Strong academic inclination (JEE/NEET/Competitive exam background preferred)

Required Skills

● Excellent communication and persuasion skills

● Strong empathy and student-first mindset

● Relationship-building and follow-up discipline

● Ability to handle objections and re-engage students

● Basic data tracking and organization skills
