We are looking for a skilled Curriculum Creator to join our dynamic team. If you have a knack for English language teaching, curriculum development, and a deep understanding of the IELTS and TOEFL exams, you might be the perfect fit.
In this role, you will craft engaging, high-quality instructional materials that align with exam objectives and cater to diverse learner needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Curriculum Development
Design and build comprehensive curricula for IELTS and TOEFL preparation courses.
Ensure all content aligns strictly with official exam standards and modern pedagogical best practices.
2. Content & Media Creation
Develop a wide variety of instructional materials, including detailed lesson plans, study guides, and interactive multimedia resources.
Structure content to optimize student engagement, retention, and active learning.
3. Assessment Design
Craft reliable, high-fidelity diagnostic tests, quizzes, and full-length mock exams.
Establish clear grading rubrics to accurately gauge student proficiency and tracking progress.
4. Quality Assurance
Conduct regular audits, reviews, and updates of existing courseware.
Ensure all materials remain pedagogically accurate, up to date with test format changes, and highly effective.
5. Research & Innovation
Stay ahead of industry trends, evolving language teaching methodologies, and educational technology (EdTech) tools.
Integrate innovative digital approaches and interactive frameworks into the core curriculum.
6. Team Collaboration
Work closely with senior curriculum developers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and instructional designers to maintain cohesive, premium-grade educational products.
Provide training documentation, guidance, and ongoing support to the instructors and delivery staff executing the courses.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, Education, English Literature, or a related field.
Experience:
3–5 years of proven experience in English language teaching and curriculum development, with a specific, heavy focus on IELTS and TOEFL prep.
Domain Expertise: Thorough understanding of IELTS and TOEFL exam structures, including rubrics, band descriptors, content specifications, and scoring criteria.
Technical
Skills:
Strong instructional design capabilities and proficiency with modern educational technology tools (LMS platforms, interactive content builders).
Soft Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proven track record of managing multiple project timelines simultaneously.
