Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, mentoring students, and developing course materials in the areas of clinical embryology and biotechnology. Responsibilities include conducting innovative research, publishing in recognized peer-reviewed journals, participating in faculty meetings, and contributing to curriculum planning and program development. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of academic advancements and providing academic guidance to students.
Qualifications
Subject expertise in Clinical Embryology, Biotechnology, and related life sciences domains
Strong academic background with skills in Teaching, Curriculum Development, and Student Mentorship
Research experience, including designing experiments, data analysis, and publication of scientific papers
Strong Communication and Presentation skills for effective teaching and academic collaboration
Proficiency in Laboratory Techniques and familiarity with equipment commonly used in embryology and biotechnology research
Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in a relevant field, or a Master’s degree with significant academic and research experience
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse academic environment
Prior teaching or academic experience is advantageous but not mandatory
Should able to communicate with English and Tamil
