Role

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cambridge Lower Secondary Science/Social Science Teacher based in Erode district, Tamil Nadu. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons in Science/Social Science for primary and middle school learners (grades 4-7), aligned with the Cambridge standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assessing student work, providing constructive feedback and supporting learners with diverse needs.

Qualifications
Experience teaching at the middle school level and understanding of adolescent learning needs.
Strong subject knowledge and classroom experience in Science / Social Science for lower secondary grades.
Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning, with the ability to align content to school and board standards.
Excellent communication skills, including instructional delivery and student engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject;

B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
Prior experience in CBSE or Cambridge curricula is an advantage.
Candidate must be willing to relocate to Erode.
