Job Summary:

The foundation studies  Business Manager Lecturer  is responsible for delivering high-quality teaching in assigned foundation subjects (principles of marketing, management, etc.,), while fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment. The role involves facilitating student learning, monitoring academic progress, providing mentoring and academic support, conducting assessments, and maintaining accurate academic records. The lecturer will collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall student experience and contribute to initiatives that promote student engagement, retention, and academic success.

Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Learning Deliver lectures, tutorials, and workshops in assigned foundation subjects
Use innovative teaching methods to engage learners and promote academic success.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Student Support Provide academic advising and mentoring to help students transition to higher education.
Identify students needing additional support and implement mediation strategies.
Assessment & Evaluation Administer, and grade assessments fairly and consistently.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
Participate in moderation and quality assurance processes.
Professional Engagement Collaborate with colleagues across departments to enhance student experience.
Contribute to institutional initiatives related to student engagement and retention.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (minimum) / Masters in a relevant discipline (Business Administration, Business Management)
Teaching qualifications or

B.Ed or certification is an advantage.
Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience.
Strong English communication and classroom management skills.
Familiarity with outcome-based education and student-centered learning approaches.

Reporting to –  Academic Head /   Head of Centre Operations & Development, India
