Role Description

Assistant Professor – English Department Qualification

- M.A. English from a recognized University.
- NET / SLET qualified candidates preferred.
- Ph.D. candidates will be given preference.
- Strong communication and teaching skills.

Experience

- Freshers with excellent academic records may apply.
- Prior teaching experience in Arts & Science Colleges preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Teach English Language, Literature, and Communication Skills courses.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
- Conduct classes, seminars, workshops, and student mentoring activities.
- Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records.
- Participate in departmental, institutional, and accreditation activities.
- Contribute to research, publications, and academic development initiatives.
- Support placement training and communication skill development programs.

Physical Education Trainer Qualification

- B.P.Ed. / M.P.Ed/. PHD  from a recognized institution.
- Certification in sports coaching will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Experience in coaching, sports management, and organizing tournaments preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct physical education and fitness training sessions.
- Train students for intercollegiate, university, state, and national-level competitions.
- Organize sports meets, tournaments, and athletic events.
- Maintain sports facilities, grounds, and equipment.
- Promote physical fitness, discipline, and wellness among students.
- Coordinate sports-related records, reports, and student participation activities.
- Support institutional events and extracurricular activities.
