Role Description  The Management Faculty will deliver high-quality classroom sessions and workshops focused on management and behavioral skills for learners preparing for campus placements and early careers in tech. This full-time, on-site role is based in Chennai and involves designing and refining course content, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with FACE Prep’s learning outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include teaching management-related modules, mentoring students, providing structured feedback on performance, and supporting learners with placement preparation.

The faculty member will collaborate with academic and product teams to update content based on industry trends, conduct applied research on teaching effectiveness, and contribute to new program development. The role also includes participating in academic events, maintaining detailed student progress reports, and supporting outreach and engagement initiatives with universities and partner institutions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong expertise in Organizational Behavior and related management disciplines.
Candidates should possess skills in Curriculum Development and University Teaching, including lesson planning and learner assessment.
Candidates should possess the ability to conduct applied Research in teaching methodologies, learner outcomes, and management education.
Candidates should possess understanding of Marketing concepts, especially in the context of education programs and student engagement.
PhD in Management or should have cleared NET/SET
Postgraduate degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, or a closely related field
Prior teaching or training experience with college students or early-career professionals, preferably in placement-focused or professional skills programs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, practical manner.
Strong classroom management, mentoring, and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centric and inclusive approach to teaching.
Comfort with using digital tools, LMS platforms, and basic data analysis to track learner progress and improve course effectiveness.
Willingness to work on-site in Chennai and collaborate within a multidisciplinary academic and product team environment.
