Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychometric assessments and analyze results to identify students' strengths, interests, and career suitability.
Deliver one-on-one career counseling sessions to guide students in making informed academic and career decisions.
Develop personalized career roadmaps tailored to each student's goals, abilities, and aspirations.
Maintain accurate counseling records, assessment reports, and student documentation.
Conduct regular follow-ups with students to monitor progress and provide ongoing guidance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless counseling experience.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in career counseling, student counseling, or a related role.
Master's in Psychology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in psychometric assessment interpretation is preferred.
Ability to build rapport with students and provide empathetic, solution-oriented guidance.
Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
