Daily responsibilities include collaborating with academic and administrative teams, managing communication channels to promote events and resources, maintaining records of engagement outcomes, and recommending improvements to student experience programs. Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills to engage effectively with diverse student groups.
Experience in student affairs, counseling, event management, or campus engagement roles within educational institutions is preferred.
Ability to design and coordinate student-focused programs, workshops, and events that encourage participation and community building.
Skills in conflict resolution, empathy, and supportive guidance to help students navigate challenges and access appropriate resources.
Proficiency with basic office software, social media, and digital communication tools to promote initiatives and track engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple activities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation.
Demonstrated commitment to inclusivity, student well-being, and creating a safe, respectful, and encouraging campus environment.
