Job Summary   We are looking for a dynamic and qualified Assistant Professor to join our MBA Aviation and Airport Management program. The ideal candidate should hold a Doctorate in Management Studies and demonstrate a strong interest in teaching, research, and industry collaboration. The faculty member will contribute to academic excellence by teaching specialized subjects related to aviation management, airport operations, and business strategy within the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities    Conduct lectures and facilitate classroom discussions on core and elective subjects such as Airport Operations, Aviation Safety Management, Airline Economics, Aviation Marketing, Strategic Management, and related areas.
Develop course content, case studies, assignments, and assessments in line with current industry developments and academic requirements.
Mentor and guide students in research projects, dissertations, and industry internships.
Publish research articles in reputed journals and actively participate in academic conferences and seminars.
Contribute to curriculum development and initiatives focused on continuous academic improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the aviation industry to facilitate guest lectures, internships, placements, and collaborative research opportunities.
Take part in departmental activities, academic committees, and accreditation-related processes.
Provide academic and career guidance to students and support their overall professional development.
Qualifications     Essential:
Ph.D. / Doctorate in Management Studies from a recognized institution.
Desirable:
Specialization, academic exposure, or relevant professional experience in Aviation, Airport, or Airline Management.
Strong academic credentials with a demonstrated aptitude for teaching.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience    Prior teaching experience in management, aviation, or related academic programs will be preferred.
Professional experience in aviation, airport operations, or the airline industry will be an added advantage.
