In addition to distribution, the company offers rentals of analytical equipment, testing services, and conducts educational seminars and training programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Chennai. The Service Engineer will install, commission, and maintain analytical instruments and scientific equipment at customer locations, ensuring proper functioning and minimal downtime. Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, performing repairs and preventive maintenance, and providing technical support and guidance to end users. The role involves field service visits, documentation of service activities, coordination with internal teams and principals, and supporting customer training on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting.

The Service Engineer will uphold safety standards, follow company procedures, and contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting and technical support skills for analytical instruments and scientific equipment.
Candidates should possess hands-on field service experience, including on-site installation, commissioning, and customer support.
Candidates should possess maintenance & repair skills, including preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and component-level repairs.
Candidates should possess effective communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification.
Ability to travel locally for field assignments and work independently at customer sites.
Familiarity with laboratory environments, safety practices, and basic understanding of QA/QC or R&D processes is beneficial.
Prior experience with analytical instruments (e.g., chromatography, spectroscopy, or similar systems) is an advantage.
