Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Medical Receptionist role located in Chennai. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, managing appointment scheduling, maintaining medical records, and ensuring the smooth functioning of front desk activities. Additional responsibilities include handling phone calls, providing information to patients, and coordinating with medical staff to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and familiarity with maintaining schedules
Strong Phone Etiquette and professional communication skills
Experience in performing Receptionist Duties in a medical or healthcare setting
Knowledge of Medical Terminology and understanding of a Medical Office environment
Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and work collaboratively with a healthcare team
Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is an advantage
Proficiency in using computer systems and medical software is preferred.
