Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the position of Associate Director - Medical Coding & AR Billing, focused on Delivery Quality. The role is located in Chennai. Key responsibilities include overseeing medical coding and AR billing operations, ensuring team compliance with quality standards, and managing audits. The Associate Director will lead process improvement initiatives, ensure adherence to medical and billing protocols, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Medical Coding and Medical Terminology
Experience in Coding practices and compliance, as well as possession of RHIT certification
Expertise in Health Information Management and AR Billing processes
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in quality management within medical coding and billing domains
Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and compliance standards
Relevant certifications and a degree in Health Information Management or a related field is preferred
