We are urgently looking for a Junior Tableau Developer who can join immediately and support ongoing reporting and dashboard initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on Tableau experience and solid data analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau

✔ Work with teams to understand reporting requirements

✔ Connect Tableau with SQL, Excel, and other data sources

✔ Ensure data accuracy and dashboard performance

✔ Maintain and enhance existing dashboards

✔ Perform validation and troubleshooting

✔ Support ad-hoc reporting needs

Required Skills

✅ Tableau Desktop expertise

✅ Dashboard/report creation experience

✅ Strong SQL knowledge

✅ Experience with Excel / CSV / flat files

✅ Data visualization best practices

✅ Basic data warehousing knowledge

✅ Strong analytical skills

⭐ Good to have:
Tableau Server, ETL exposure, Power BI, finance/NBFC domain experience

Experience:

3–4 years
