Role Overview :
Looking for a highly experienced Senior Functional Consultant to lead functional solution design, client engagement, and end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead functional solution design & implementation

• Client requirement gathering, gap-fit & solution mapping

• End-to-end delivery – configuration, testing, UAT & go-live

• Act as trusted advisor & functional lead for clients

• Collaborate with technical teams for scalable solutions

• Prepare BRD, FDD & process documentation

• Lead & mentor junior consultants

• Conduct client workshops & walkthroughs

• Support presales – demos, estimations & proposals

• Ensure Microsoft best practices & methodologies

✅ Mandatory

Skills:

• 10+ yrs ERP/CRM implementation experience

• Strong hands-on Dynamics 365 (F&O )

• Functional expertise in one or more domains:
– Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting)
– Supply Chain / Trade & Logistics
– Manufacturing / Projects / HR

• Strong client-facing & global delivery experience

• Excellent communication & stakeholder management

⭐ Good to Have:

• Microsoft Dynamics certifications

• Presales & proposal experience

• Offshore–onsite / global client exposure

• Knowledge of integrations, data migration & ISVs
