Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Chennai. The Performance Marketer will lead and execute paid marketing campaigns, leveraging various digital channels to optimize ad performance and ROI. Day-to-day tasks include creating, managing, and analyzing advertising campaigns, performance tracking, audience targeting, and insights reporting. The role requires working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align marketing objectives and contribute to customer acquisition and brand growth strategies.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Digital Advertising, PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns, and Conversion Rate Optimization
Strong skills in Data Analytics, A/B Testing, and Campaign Performance Analysis

Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics
Understanding of Audience Segmentation, Retargeting Strategies, and SEO principles
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt quickly, work in fast-paced environments, and meet performance targets
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
Previous experience in health tech or wellness platforms is a plus

Thoraipakkam, Chennai (On-site)
Timings: 10:30 AM - 7 PM (Monday - Friday)
Compensation: 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 based on overall performance.
