An Ideal candidate will be the bridge between business needs and data solutions, managing the full lifecycle of our Power BI reports and as well as providing data driven insights to the management.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Report Planning & Solutioning:
Act as strategic partner to business teams by understanding their reporting needs, recommending optimal solutions such as consolidating reports to improve efficiency.
- Data Coordination:
Coordinate with the data enablement team to ensure right data is available in the data lake for power BI report development.
- Design & Develop:
Work with PBI developers to design, mock-up and deliver impactful reports.
- Project Management:
Manage the entire report lifecycle, from User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to final deployment, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Data Analysis & Insights:
Dive deep into datasets using statistical techniques to uncover key trends, patterns, and actionable insights that answer critical business questions.
- Storytelling & Presentation :
Transform data-driven findings into compelling presentations and intuitive stories that resonate with stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement:
Stay current with the latest industry trends, data analysis tools, and techniques, and propose new approaches to enhance our data analysis capabilities.
Qualification:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration or related field.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts.
- 6 - 10 years of Experience in the relevant area
- Hands-on working knowledge and a solid understanding of the Power BI tool.
- Proven experience in data analysis and creating effective data visualizations.
- A talent for turning data into a clear and compelling narrative.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking abilities.
- strong interest in continuously learning and updating on new analytical tools, statistical techniques, and AI applications on business use cases.
