Delivery Leader - AI & Data

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Delivery Leader to independently own and scale Data & AI delivery across one or more strategic regions. This leader will be accountable for end-to-end delivery excellence, regional P&L, customer success, solutioning leadership, and people management, while acting as the primary escalation and governance authority for complex Data, AI, and emerging GenAI programs.

The role requires deep delivery credibility in large-scale data and AI transformations, strong executive communication skills, and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-growing global practice. Experience in productizing accelerators, reusable IP, and GenAI solutions will be a strong differentiator.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Regional Delivery & Execution Ownership

- Own end-to-end delivery of Data, AI, ML, and GenAI programs across the assigned region.
- Ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery across complex, multi-cloud, multi-vendor engagements.
- Act as the escalation point for delivery, commercial, and customer satisfaction issues.
- Establish and govern delivery standards, operating cadence, risk management, and quality controls.

2. P&L and Commercial Accountability

- Own regional P&L including revenue growth, margin improvement, cost optimization, and forecast accuracy.
- Drive delivery-led account expansion through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Partner with Sales and Practice Leadership to shape commercially viable, scalable solutions.

3. Solutioning, RFPs & Deal Shaping

- Lead or review solution architecture and delivery models for strategic deals and large pursuits.
- Own or oversee RFP responses, estimations, delivery plans, and risk assumptions.
- Ensure solutions are delivery-realistic, margin-aware, and cloud-optimized.
- Bring thought leadership in modern data platforms, AI/ML, and GenAI adoption patterns.

4. Client Relationship & Executive Engagement

- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (CIO, CDO, CTO, AI/Analytics leaders).
- Lead executive governance, QBRs, steering committees, and transformation roadmaps.
- Build long-term strategic relationships anchored in delivery credibility and business outcomes.

5. People, Talent & Capability Leadership

- Lead and grow regional delivery teams including Architects, Delivery Managers, Data Engineers, ML Engineers, and AI Specialists.
- Own hiring strategy, talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Foster a strong culture of accountability, engineering excellence, and innovation.
- Mentor next-generation delivery and solution leaders.

6. Accelerators, IP & Innovation

- Support development and scaling of Data & AI accelerators, including GenAI use-case frameworks, industry solutions, and LLMOps assets.
- Partner with global practice teams to industrialize repeatable delivery models.

Required Experience &

Skills:

Core Experience

- 15+ years delivering large-scale Data, Analytics, AI/ML programs in an SI / consulting / product-led services environment.
- Proven experience running regional or large portfolio delivery with P&L ownership.
- Strong background in data platform modernization, analytics, ML, and AI delivery.
- Experience operating with high autonomy, managing senior stakeholders and distributed teams.

Technical & Platform Expertise

- Strong working knowledge of modern data platforms, including:
- Snowflake, Databricks
- Cloud data services on AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Understanding of:
- Data engineering & data modernization
- Analytics & BI
- ML lifecycle & MLOps
- GenAI foundations (LLMs, RAG, agents, LLMOps – hands-on not mandatory, leadership understanding required)

GenAI & Innovation (Plus)

- Exposure to GenAI programs, PoCs, or enterprise-scale deployments.
- Experience shaping or delivering GenAI accelerators, frameworks, or industry use cases.
- Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, and enterprise adoption considerations.

Leadership & Communication

- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate across technical, business, and financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage customer escalations, complex programs, and high-stakes decisions.
- Comfortable influencing without authority across global, matrixed organizations.
