- Conduct detailed requirements gathering workshops during project initiation
- Transform the requirements into a functional specification document
- Follow up with the project sponsor for sign-off on the development
- Set meetings with stakeholders for project discussions and provide regular updates
- Test the user flows of the developed solution before presenting it to the clients
- Configure the developed solution as per the client's needs
- Develop a client onboarding plan and work with the developer team to prepare training videos
- Create a simple, illustrative user guide
- Provide training to the client team and complete implementation
Requirements
• 3 to 5 Years of Experience working in Odoo Implementations
• Prior experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar role would be preferable
• In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules, including Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing,
and CRM.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and map them to functional solutions in Odoo.
• Strong understanding of Odoo configurations, workflows, and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
Preferred Qualifications (not a deal breaker)
• Odoo certifications will be an added advantage.
• Experience with Odoo Community and Enterprise editions v18
• Basic understanding of Python and Postgre
SQL for minor troubleshooting.
