Overview:  We are a B2B SaaS company based in Chennai. Bootstrapped, profitable, and growing. Our products help customers across India to streamline their business operations. We are looking for  Onboarding consultants  to join our growing team.

Designation :
Associate Consultant - Customer Onboarding
Experience : 1-3 years experience in ERP Implementation
Location :
Mumbai, Delhi (NCR).

Skills and Experience

Required:

Good ERP domain knowledge (must have).
Good knowledge of order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.
Experience in implementing/ Onboarding ERP solutions at a Contracting Company will be an added advantage.
Experience in handling support requests via phone and email (must have)
Clear communication - Both spoken and written in English and Hindi (must have).
Proactive, empathetic, and solution-driven mindset
Strong analytical and reasoning skills. Ability to learn new concepts quickly.
Ability to follow up and complete multiple assigned tasks in parallel.
Experience in writing structured solutions or knowledgebase articles.

Key Responsibilities :
Understand product features and module capabilities thoroughly to guide customers during onboarding.
Conduct onsite and remote implementation sessions with customers (requires active travel).
Gather and analyse customer business scenarios and map them accurately to product features.
Train customer teams and key stakeholders on master data configuration, product usage, best practices, and process alignment.
Coordinate with the engineering team for any configuration-related clarifications or enhancements.
Create clear documentation, training materials, and onboarding guides tailored to customer scenarios.
Track onboarding progress, ensure timely completion, and meet project milestones and timelines.
Provide feedback to the product team on customer requests
Build strong customer relationships during onboarding.
Help customers resolve issues through email and phone support.
