Associate – Healthcare AI Validation & Quality Assurance

Role Overview
Orbithrust Consulting is seeking a  Biotech-trained Associate  to support healthcare-focused AI product teams through rigorous  human-in-the-loop validation . This role sits at the intersection of  biotechnology, clinical data, and AI , ensuring that AI inputs and outputs are accurate, compliant, and contextually sound.
You will play a critical role in validating healthcare datasets and AI-generated outputs related to  products, brands, clinical trials, and medical concepts , helping clients build trustworthy and high-performing AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
AI & Data Validation
Validate healthcare-focused input data used to train and run AI models (products, brands, molecules, trials, indications).
Review and validate AI-generated outputs for:
Factual accuracy
Clinical relevance
Logical consistency
Brand and indication alignment
Identify hallucinations, inconsistencies, and missing context in AI responses.
Clinical & Scientific Review
Cross-check AI outputs against trusted sources such as:
Clinical trial publications
Drug labels and prescribing information
Guidelines and medical literature
Ensure outputs reflect correct trial design, endpoints, comparators, and outcomes.
Quality & Feedback Loop
Tag errors and classify root causes (data gaps, prompt issues, model behavior).
Provide structured feedback to AI product teams to improve model performance.
Support continuous improvement of validation frameworks and SOPs.
Documentation & Collaboration
Maintain clear documentation of validation findings and quality metrics.
Collaborate with AI product managers, data scientists, and client stakeholders.
Support audits and quality reviews as required.
Mandatory Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
Educational background in Biotechnology / Life Sciences / Biomedical Sciences / Pharmacy
(BSc, MSc,BE or BTech)
Strong understanding of:
Clinical trials and study design
Drug development lifecycle
Medical terminology and indications
Ability to critically evaluate scientific and medical content
