We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid acquisition across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and emerging channels. This role focuses on conversion, CPA, ROAS, and revenue growth primarily for high-volume B2C campaigns in the US market (E-commerce & Lead Gen).
Shift: US Shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Own ROI, CPA, ROAS, and revenue growth across paid channels
- Plan, execute, and scale conversion-focused Meta & Google Ads campaigns
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve funnels, creatives, and offers
- Use AI tools for audience discovery, creative testing, optimization, and insights
- Ensure accurate tracking & attribution (GA4, Pixels, CAPI, GTM)
- Run structured A/B tests and act fast on learnings
- Share clear performance insights, not just reports
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in Performance / Growth / Paid Media marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Proven record of ROI-positive B2C or E-commerce campaigns
- Experience running US market campaigns
- Highly data-driven, proactive, and outcome-focused
- Comfortable using AI, automation, and experimentation to drive results
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, subscriptions, or telecom
- CRO, landing page optimization, or call-conversion experience
- Email Marketing Execution
Success in This Role
- Lower CPA and higher ROAS within 60–90 days
- Scalable, predictable growth
- Clear ownership of performance outcomes
