We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Partner to lead and oversee the successful delivery of analytics projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analytics, excellent project management skills, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business value.

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership:
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of analytics projects, from initiation to deployment.

• Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.

• Technical Guidance:
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

• Data Architecture & Design:
Contribute to data architecture design, data modeling (logical and physical), and the development of data integration strategies.



Risk Management:

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as necessary.

Resource Management:
Manage project resources, including developers, data engineers, and business analysts, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability.

• Communication & Reporting:
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including progress, risks, and issues.

Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

• Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring deliverables meet expectations and contractual obligations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 15+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, business intelligence, or a related area.

• Proven experience in managing complex data-related projects using Agile methodologies.

• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling techniques, and ETL processes.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Snowflake.

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases such as Teradata, Oracle, and SQL Server

.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, and Confluence
