Experience:

3.5 to 8 years

Location:

Chennai

· Have expertise in end-to-end architecture of Open Text Exstream.

· Have knowledge on different stages of enterprise content management solution.

· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors/Customers for the flawless execution of projects.

· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

· Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

· Ensure resource availability and allocation.

· Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.

· Have experience in communications server (Communication builder & Control Center).

· Expertise in end
-to-end setup of Content Author and Communication Designer(Business Authoring)..

· Good to have experience in Cloud Edition and Communication orchestrator.

· Expertise in defining input structures for Open Text Exstream.

· Expertise in end-to-end workflow in interactive solutions(Live Editor/Empower Editor/ Empower API).

· Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs

· Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

· Report and escalate to management as needed.

· Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

· Perform risk management to minimize project risks..

· Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors/Customers and internal team.

· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
