• Drive standardized tag management and reporting accuracy across Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Analytics, Launch, Customer Journey Analytics) and Google Marketing Platform (GA4, Google Tag Manager).
• Architect, implement, and maintain scalable analytics solutions across web and mobile platforms.
• Establish and enforce proactive data validation and QA protocols to eliminate discrepancies, over-reporting, and channel misattribution.
• Act as the technical authority for resolving complex implementation challenges including data layer conflicts, cross-domain tracking, and cross-platform configurations.
• Partner with engineering teams to design robust event tracking frameworks, custom dimensions (eVars, props, classifications), and data layer standards.
• Govern analytics implementations during site migrations, platform upgrades, and new feature launches to prevent tracking breaks.
• Design stakeholder-ready dashboards and visualizations in Adobe Analysis Workspace and Tableau, focused on business outcomes rather than surface-level metrics.
• Analyze customer journeys, funnels, attribution, and conversion performance using Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Support and deliver statistically robust experimentation and optimization programs, ensuring accurate measurement and insights.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for tagging, tracking specifications, and analytics governance processes
Requirements:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and governing enterprise web analytics stacks.
• Deep expertise in Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Launch, GA4, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Strong experience with GA4 transitions, parallel tracking, and multi-tool data harmonization.
• Proven success preventing analytics regressions during site migrations and major releases.
• Advanced understanding of digital analytics architecture, including events, dimensions, metrics, and attribution models.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver reliable insights through statistically sound testing and experimentation.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, product, marketing, and UX teams.
Good to Have:
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP
• SQL and data warehouse experience (Snowflake, Big Query, etc.)
• Familiarity with server-side tagging and consent management platforms
• Adobe Analytics or Adobe Experience Platform certifications
