Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and hands-on UI/UX Designer with 0 to 1 year of experience to support product design initiatives and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in UI/UX design, with additional exposure to Word Press, marketing, and sales creatives being an added advantage. This role requires a user-first mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
UI / UX Design
- Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
- Apply UX principles, usability standards, and design systems consistently.
- Ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and brand alignment across all design outputs.
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
- Participate in design reviews, iterations, and feedback cycles.
- Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
Experience & Education
- Minimum 1+ year of professional experience in UI/UX design.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, visual design, typography, and layout systems.
- Ability to clearly articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Added Skills
- Experience in Word Press website development/customization (themes, plugins, page builders).
- Ability to create promotional videos, reels, and basic explainer videos.
- Experience designing sales and marketing creatives (posters, banners, brochures, social media assets).
- Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS.
- Experience collaborating with sales or marketing teams.
Soft Skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Strong ownership and accountability for deliverables.
Portfolio Requirement
- Portfolio or sample work links are highly encouraged and should showcase UI/UX thinking and visual design skills.
