AI Architect

Our client is a large, globally established financial services organization with a long-standing history and a strong focus on innovation and digital transformation. This is a senior, hands-on architecture role responsible for designing and shaping the firm’s Data, ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI ecosystem, working closely with global business and technology leaders on high-impact initiatives.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Architecting end-to-end Data & AI solutions, covering data pipelines, Lakehouse architecture, feature engineering, model workflows, and AI services at enterprise scale.
- Defining and building Agentic AI architectures, enabling autonomous and multi-agent workflows using modern orchestration frameworks.
- Leading LLM orchestration strategies, including prompt design, chunking, embedding pipelines, vector databases, and performance optimization.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- 15+ years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years in architecting large-scale Data & AI solutions.
- Career progression started in Big Data / Data Engineering or Data Science, evolving into ML and AI architecture, and now leading GenAI and Agentic AI initiatives.
- Deep hands-on experience with GenAI and LLM-based systems, including RAG architecture and production deployments.
- Strong understanding of AI / ML model lifecycle management, experimentation, versioning, monitoring, and retraining strategies.
- Acting as a technical leader and mentor, guiding data science and engineering teams and engaging senior stakeholders on solution roadmaps and architectural decisions.
